Sheppard Chiropractic Centre has been in business for over 20 years, and its mission remains the same:  to provide patient-focused care with outstanding follow-up after the first treatment.  Sheppard Chiropractic Centre is committed to providing high quality, efficient service to all of our patients.

Dr. Sheppard was the first practitioner in Atlantic Canada to work with low-intensity laser therapy for the treatment of soft tissue, repetitive strain, and sports injuries.  After training under Dr. Fred Kahn, a former vascular surgeon in Toronto, Ontario, Dr. Sheppard brought this treatment modality to Saint John/KV to serve the community where he grew up.

Our History

The first “Sheppard Chiropractic Centre” practice opened in St. Stephen in July 1997.  The Saint John practice opened a month later in August 1997 on the west side of Saint John.  In early 2009, the Saint John practice moved to its current location in the Superstore on Rothesay Avenue.

Dr. Sheppard owned and operated the St. Stephen practice until late 2007.  He also had a clinic one day per week on Grand Manan from 2000-2002.

The KV location opened on the Marr Road in 2000.  It moved into the plaza on Hampton Road in 2009.  It is still located there today.
